I had best of my time with AMRG (Earlier Mohan Aggarwal & Associates) during 1988-1991. I got opportunity to handle all the aspects of accountancy profession like Taxation, Audit and Corporate Law independently and that gave me confidence and leadership. The most amazing talent of Madhu Mohan Sir was, he was versatile entrepreneurial personality having interest in property, business ventures besides professional interest.
I am really indebted to Sir for all my foundations with which I am able to set my professional career and I give credit to Sir for what I am today.

I joined AMRG as an article assistant in the year 2013. During the 3 years of my tenure, i have gained exposures of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Stock Audit, Tax Audit, Direct taxation, indirect taxation, ROC filings, documentation, etc. under the guidance of CA RAJAT MOHAN AND CA MADHU MOHAN. The working environment always inspire me to do new and different things. One thing which i have also learned from Rajat Sir, that always make Research and Development work on the topics which u want to know rather than asking from other persons. The weekend official meetings always better way to discuss and gain new issues, concepts and working style of other articles. The depth experience of Madhu Mohan sir in his professional career made us learn how to present, consult and convince anyone and this helped me a lot in removing my factor from talking to anyone.
These 3 years gained me a lot of learning’s and experience and made a person of something to do always new and if possible i would love to join AMRG again.
I had joined AMRG as an article assistant on 23rd June 2013 and my journey with AMRG was amazing I have learned and gained a lot in terms of knowledge and experiences working under Rajat sir and Madhu sir. Moreover from taking printouts to doing audits of Billion $ companies I have learned under the guidance of both my mentors. I have worked in the Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Compliance Audit, KYC Audits, Audit u/s 44AB, 44AD, 44AE of Income Tax Act, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, TDS Returns, Company Formation, ROC Fillings and Compliance Work, Articles and Case Laws, and the list is never ending. Moreover Rajat sir has always given me a hand and motivated me to manage articles in the later stage of my articleship and handling assignments solely. Moreover the work culture is amazing with articles from all over India you can definitely call AMRG a mini India and Office has all the resources like Microwave, Snacks, Fridge, Coffee Machine, etc. I would definitely love to work with My Mentor Rajat Sir in future and urge you all to join AMRG.
Feels like yesterday, when I stepped into AMRG (Earlier Mohan Aggarwal and Associates) in 2011, was a life changing event for me. I was provided with innumerable opportunities to learn and grow in the seven years I spent there. The journey was started as an intern and then decided to continue the good work in Statutory Audit & Tax Consultancy. AMRG transformed me from a student to a professional under the guidance of Madhu Mohan Ji and Rajat Mohan Ji. The exposure I received has helped me gain vital experience and placed me firmly on the path to success. Every memory is still so afresh in the mind and the experiences gained with ARMG. If we talk about work culture, learning and work-life balance then I bet you can’t deny ARMG.
